Martyrs
At Jan Palak Square
A mindit on oor ain martyrs,
A thoosan mile awa.
Twa weimen, young an auld,
Droont ower the heid o releigion
In Covenantin times.
In twentiet centurie Prague
He de’ed bi fire
Tae speir for freedom
Fae Communist rule,
This young student,
Bi his ain thin haun.
Eneuch ye’d think,
Tae crack thon icy hairts.
